And if you are that someone
You have been looking hard. You have read the articles, watched the videos, asked the AI, and found plenty of information, some of it good. But all of it was written for everyone, which means it was written for no one.
Your research can't hear your situation. It can't answer the question underneath your question. You can't say but in my case it's different and have it understand why.
So you turn to the people around you, and you get comfort more than counsel – people who love you, want you to feel better, but have never actually been where you are.
What's left is formal. A consultant, a therapist, a coach – real interaction, finally, but with a fee, a schedule, a commitment, and the quiet weight of having become someone who needs professional help. Or a support group, which comes closer than anything, but you have to join something, register, show up and sit in a room with strangers, and confide in whoever happens to be there that night.
